The Rustic Owl is located in the former Harrison District Library building at 105 E. Main St. in Harrison. Regular business hours are from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Sunday, Tuesday-Thursday; and from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. Friday and Saturday. Closed Monday.
