Rustic Owl Cuts Ribbon

Jeff and Malisa Dinnan were joined by vendors of their new business, The Rustic Owl and members of the Harrison Chamber of Commerce for a ribbon cutting during their grand opening event on Friday, Oct. 6. The Rustic Owl is located in the former Harrison District Library building at 105 E. Main St. in Harrison. Regular business hours are from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Sunday, Tuesday-Thursday; and from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. Friday and Saturday. Closed Monday.
