Katie Lee Geroux

Katie Lee Geroux age 35, of Harrison, passed away suddenly on Sunday, July 31, 2022, at MyMichigan Health-Gladwin. Katie was born November 25, 1986, in Clare, the daughter of Kristen Lee Baldwin. Katie had resided in Harrison the entirety of her life. Katie was very artistic and creative, drawing was her favorite hobby, along with baking, watching scary movies, playing bingo, spoiling her beloved Chihuahua’s: Lalee and Cheeka, taking pontoon rides on various lakes around Harrison as well as Torch Lake. Katie was considered a “Mother Hen” to her brothers.

Surviving Ms. Gerous is her loving mother and best friend, Kristen Lee Baldwin-Smith of Harrison, step-father, Faron Smith of Sugar Island, Michigan, maternal grandparents: Marty and Sandy Baldwin of Harrison, three brothers: William Geroux, Tyler Geroux, and Seth Geroux, all of Harrison, one aunt, Lisa Baldwin Zinn and husband Don of Harrison, two uncles: Brian Baldwin and wife Darcy of Mount Pleasant, and Matt Baldwin and Genevieve Wolfrum of Harrison, her very adored niece, Carolina Lee Geroux, and extended family and friends. Katie was preceded in death by her daughter, Kyla Lee Geroux.

A Celebration of Life Gathering honoring Katie will be held Saturday, August 20, 2022 from 1:00 – 2:00 pm at Clark-Stocking Funeral Chapel and Creamation Service, 165 West Oak Street, Harrison.
