Audrey Louise Pardue Jr

Audrey Louise Pardue Jr. age 83 of Harrison passed away peacefully on Monday, June 19, 2023 at Medilodge of Clare. Audrey was born February 26, 1940 in Harrison, the daughter of Myles and Irene (Blain) Henry. Audrey was united in marriage to Mr. Charles Eddie Pardue on March 30, 1957, in Harrison. Charlie preceded Audrey in death on February 14, 2007, after forty-nine years of marriage.

Audrey had resided the entirety of her life in Harrison, with the exception of traveling for Charles's work. Mrs. Pardue enjoyed sewing, making her sought after baby quilts and blankets, floral gardening, assisting her husband with water well repair and pump re-building, watching Survivor and Big Bang Theory, trips to Dairy Queen to indulge in a Dilly Bar, making her famous Christmas Candy and Brown Sugar Syrup. Her family will always remember Audrey's home cooked meals and treats.

Surviving Audrey are her five children; Terri Cuddie and husband Brian of Sandusky, Michigan, Tracy Smith and Richard Kristof of Houghton Lake, Michigan, Christine Haskell of Harrison, Karen Stocking and husband Stacy of Harrison and Chuck Pardue and wife Joi of Harrison, seven grandchildren; Sarah (David), Dan (Dani), Hilary, Addy, Drew, Emily and Matt, five great-grandchildren; Makaila, Cameron, Natalee, Alex and Eastyn, one sister-in-law, Kay Brandt and husband Jerry of Harrison, plus many nieces, nephews and extended family members. Audrey also was preceded in death by her parents, one son, John E. Pardue, one great-granddaughter, baby Mary Cuddie, four sisters and four brothers.

Funeral services honoring Audrey will be held Friday, June 23, 2023 at 1:00 p.m. from Clark-Stocking Funeral Chapel and Cremation Service with Mr. Ben Evers and Pastor Brian Cuddie officiating. Visitation will take place on Friday, June 23, 2023 from 10:00 a.m. until time of service. Burial will be in Maple Grove Cemetery, Harrison.
