MI Bridges Navigation Help Event to be held at Pere Marquette District Library on Tuesday, May 16 from 2:30pm-5:30pm.
Central Michigan District Health Department’s Community Connections staff available to provide free MI Bridges enrollment/re-enrollment help to the public.
Central Michigan District Health Department (CMDHD) will be holding a FREE MI Bridges Navigation Help Event on May 16 from 2:30 pm to 5:30 pm at Pere Marquette District Library, located at 185 E. 4th St. in Clare, Michigan. CMDHD’s Community Connections staff will offer aid to those who need help enrolling or re-enrolling in Michigan’s assistance programs, including Medicaid and Medicaid Health Plans.
CMDHD is committed to helping individuals and families in the community get the resources and support they need. The MI Bridges Navigation Help Event is one of the ways that CMDHD is working to achieve this goal. 
The event is open to all residents of the community. If anyone is struggling with the application process, CMDHD will have staff available at the event to receive free, personalized help.  "This is a great opportunity for people in our community to get the help they need to apply for Michigan's assistance programs," said Steve Hall, Health Officer at CMDHD. "We encourage anyone who needs assistance to attend this event and bring all necessary documentation."
If you attend, you should bring:
• A phone, tablet, or laptop to receive assistance with the MI Bridges website.
• Proof of age or citizenship.
• Proof of all sources of income, assets, bank statements, or other financial items.
• Proof of disability, and proof of insurance (if appropriate).

CMDHD understands that navigating Michigan's assistance programs can be difficult, which is why we are
