Linda Theresa Walker

     Linda Theresa was born in Detroit on March 12, 1952, to Dorothy Hamilton Hyde and George Edward Hyde. On November 09, 2025, she took her last breath at My Michigan Medical Center in Midland. She was surrounded by love provided by her family and friends to ease her transition. She is once again in the loving arms of her husband, Deno.

Not long after she was born, she and her mother moved from Detroit to the family home just outside of Wilmot, Michigan. On November 29, 1957, Dorothy married Glen Warner of Deford and the family began. Linda was adopted by Glen and served as her father in every sense of the word. 

Linda attended Kingston Community Schools, graduating with the Class of 1970. Prior to graduation, her best friend introduced her to Don “Deno” Walker. This was the beginning of a love story for all time. Linda also had the distinction of being voted Class Hot Rod, thanks to Deno’s 69 Z-28. Many of their schoolmates remained friends throughout their lives. 

They married in August 1970 at the Justice of the Peace in Cass City, Mi. They acknowledged their vows with an: “I’ll try.” In November 1971 they were blessed with a daughter, Penny Lane born in Caro, MI. They later moved to Harrison, Michigan where Linda and her family lived until the time of her passing. 

Linda loved her family, working in her yard and liked nothing better than sitting around a campfire on the Muskegon River, enjoying everything Mother Nature could provide. Linda was a loyal, caring and loving friend to all who knew her. Many hearts are breaking with her passing. 

Left on this earth to mourn her passing are her daughter Penny of Harrison, MI, Granddaughter Rhiannon Kandaris (and Xavier) of Mount Pleasant MI, Grandson Donte Fuller of Harrison, her brother Scott Warner of Marana AZ, along with several nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews. She loved her pets and leaves behind her fur babies, Buster and Miss Lucy. Those who have gone before Linda are her husband Deno, her parents and sister Karen "Sissy" Kraft.
