Harrison, MI – Michigan State University Extension, The Michigan Agricultural Environmental Assurance Program (MAEAP), and the Hileman Family are teaming up to offer a pasture walk at the Hileman Farm in Harrison, MI. The Hileman Farm is a registered Hereford seedstock operation owned by the Hileman family. They also have a flock of Hampshire Cross sheep.
The pasture walk is being held in Clare County, at the Hileman Farm, on Thursday August 10, 2023, starting at 6:00 p.m. EST. The address is: 675 E. Mannsiding Road, Harrison, MI 48625. Attendees will learn about watering & fence for rotational grazing, and how NRCS and MAEAP can partner with your farm. All are welcome to attend this pasture walk event.
