HARRISON – Community members gathered June 13 at the Harrison City Park for the 2^nd Annual Summer Sizzler. The event included a variety of vendors offering food (from sweet cotton candy to dirty sodas) and crafts ,as well as activities such as face painting.

The Real Deal Blues provided live music with a variety of songs from classic and jazz with their own energetic takes. The crowd laughed and applauded the band for their songs and commentary.

Another activity was goat snuggling offered by Cedar Acres Homestead for people to hang out in a goat pen for as long as they might like.

Despite the windy weather that knocked over some of the vendors' tents early on, the event carried on with enthusiastic people visiting through the day.
