Harrison Man Sentenced for Possession of Methamphetamine

Corey James Lane, of Harrison, plead guilty on October 31, 2022, to Possession of Methamphetamine. He was sentenced by Judge Mienk on January 18, 2023, to serve a prison sentence. He was ordered to serve 21 months to 10 years, with credit for 256 days credit. He was also ordered to pay $698.00 in assorted fines and costs. The defendant also plead guilty to a probation violation in a separate file. He was ordered to serve 24 months to 20 years in prison on that file, with credit for 396 days already served. Both sentences were ordered to run concurrent with one another.
