Farwell Man Sentenced for Methamphetamine Crimes

Shane Allen Haag, of Farwell, pleaded guilty in two separate files on June 13, 2023. In one file he pleaded guilty to Delivery/Manufacture Methamphetamine and in the other file he pleaded guilty to Possession of Methamphetamine and Maintaining a Drug House as a habitual offender 3rd offense. He was sentenced by Judge Hovey to prison terms of 2 years to 20 years, 2 years to 10 years, and 2 years to 4 years, respectively, with credit for 81 days already served. He was ordered to pay a grand total of $1,164 in fines, costs and fees.
