COVID Vacinnation Clinics Scheduled This Week-Ages 12 and older

Central Michigan District Health Department encourages all individuals, ages 12 and older, to schedule a first dose COVID-19 vaccination appointment through our website at www.cmdhd.org. If you need help in scheduling, please call 2-1-1 or ask a friend, family member or neighbor.

As of May 17, 2021, Central Michigan District Health Department has appointments available on:

• Tuesday, May 18, 2021 at Gladwin Knights of Columbus Hall in Gladwin (ages 18 and above)
• Wednesday, May 19, 2021 at Farwell High School in Farwell (ages 12 and above – Pfizer clinic)
• Wednesday, May 19, 2021 at Gladwin High School in Gladwin (ages 12 and above – Pfizer clinic)
• Wednesday, May 19, 2021 at Good Shepherd United Methodist Church in Roscommon (ages 12 and above, Pfizer and J & J Clinic)
• Thursday, May 20, 2021 at Hayes Township Hall in Harrison (ages 12 and above – Pfizer clinic)
• Thursday, May 20, 2021 at Reed City Church of the Nazarene in Reed City (ages 18 and above)
• Friday, May 21, 2021 at CMU’s Student Activity Center in Mt. Pleasant (ages 12 and above – all three vaccines will be available)

Walk-ins are welcome and will be served based on vaccine availability at each clinic. Individuals with an existing scheduled appointment will be prioritized.
