Central Michigan District Health Department encourages all individuals, ages 16 and above, to schedule a first dose COVID-19 vaccination appointment through our website at www.cmdhd.org. If you need help in scheduling, please call 2-1-1 or ask a friend, family member or neighbor.

As of April 25, 2021, Central Michigan District Health Department has appointments available on:

• Monday, April 26, 2021 at Reed City Church of the Nazarene (ages 18 and above)
• Tuesday, April 27, 2021 at Good Shepherd United Methodist Church in Roscommon (ages 18 and above)
• Tuesday, April 27, 2021 at Divine Shepherd Church in Standish (ages 18 and above)
• Wednesday, April 28, 2021 at Central Michigan University’s Finch Fieldhouse (ages 18 and above)
• Wednesday, April 28, 2021 at Gladwin High School (ages 16 and above – Pfizer clinic)
• Thursday, April 29, 2021 at Gladwin Knights of Columbus Hall (ages 18 and above)
• Friday, April 30, 2021 at Central Michigan University’s Finch Fieldhouse (ages 18 and above)

Walk-ins are welcome and will be served based on vaccine availability at each clinic.  Individuals with an existing scheduled appointment will be prioritized.
