HARRISON – City crews were onsite early in the week prepping the 714 N. First St. property at the former DNR building, identifying/marking utility connections. As often happens, though, the originally intended Wednesday, March 20 demolition got delayed a bit. Still, despite Thursday’s overnight snow which continued into Friday morning, the demolition crews were onsite by midmorning Friday aggressively razing the building. And so, execution of the plan to be slinging tacos by Independence Day has officially begun.
