HARRISON – During its May 20 meeting, the Clare County Board of Commissioners moved to:
Approve the day’s agenda as presented with additions.
Approve Board of Commissioners minutes of April 15 and Special Meeting minutes of May 5.
Adopt Resolution No. 26-10 to apply for grant funding for the continuation of the Community Corrections Program.
Appoint the same members of the Land Bank Authority to serve on the Brownfield Authority.
Approve Statutory Finance Committee meeting minutes of April 13, 2026, in the amount of $70,478.30; minutes of April 27, 2026, in the amount of $148,445.17; and minutes of May `11, 2026, in the amount of $143,071.33
Approve the expenditures for the month of April 2026 in the amount of $1,762,757.01 with the General Fund expenditures totaling $1,271,353.06
• Adopt Resolution No. 26-11 approving the Deficit Elimination Plan for the Michigan Indigent Defense Fund Deficit for Fiscal Year ending Sept. 30, 2025
