Two Harrison Men Arrested on Drug Charges

On 5-19-21 Joshua Kerns, age 36 of Harrison, and Seneca Sybert, age 41 of Harrison were charged with the following offenses by the Clare County Prosecutor’s Office and arraigned in 80^th District Court by Magistrate Steven Worpell.

Joshua Kerns –Possession of methamphetamine 2^nd / possession of heroin 2^nd – Bond was set at 50,000 cash

Seneca Sybert – Deliver Methamphetamine 2^nd / Deliver heroin 2^nd / Possession of methamphetamine 2^nd / Possession of heroin 2^nd / Possession of methadone 2^nd / Maintaining a drug house – Bond was set at 100,000 cash.

Both subjects remained lodged in the Clare County Jail.

On 05-18-21 in the evening hours Detectives and Deputies arrested a 36 year old male and a 41 year old male, both from Harrison, for drug offenses. There was a search warrant executed at a residence on Forest Mead in Hayes Township and several grams of heroin and meth were seized through the investigation.

Both men remain lodged in the Clare County Jail pending review of charges by the Clare County Prosecutor’s Office and arraignment.
