TINA “MOMMA TINA” MARIE MOMINEE-COX

Tina “Momma Tina” Marie Mominee-Cox, 46, of rural Harrison passed away at her home on Monday, December 1, 2019. Tina was born August 8, 1973 in Lansing, Michigan the daughter of Michael Robert Mominee and Charlene A. (Roberts) Mominee. Tina graduated from Holt High School in 1991. Ms. Mominee had resided in rural Harrison since 2005, moving from Lansing. On September 24, 2011 in Farwell, Michigan, Tina was united in marriage to Mr. Shane M. Cox.

Momma Tina loved spending time and spoiling her grandbabies. She enjoyed shopping, cleaning house, collecting and watching movies, chatting on the phone, visiting and partying with her friends and spoiling her fur babies.

Surviving Mrs. Mominee-Cox is her husband of eight years, Mr. Shane M. Cox of Lansing, one daughter, Sharese Cox of rural Harrison, two sons; Shawn M. Mominee and wife Sarah of Lansing and Shane D. Cox and Lyndsey Schwab of Harrison, four grandchildren; Jayden Hazel, Kayson Irwin, Ryan Mominee and Raelynn Mominee, her mother, Charlene Skinner and Jack Skinner of Lansing, two sisters; Tamie Sterling and husband Kendall of Lansing and Tanya Nickens and husband Ronald also of Lansing, many nieces, nephews and extended family members, her dear and close friend, Stephanie Estes of Kentucky and her beloved fur babies; Rocky and Cleo. Mrs. Mominee-Cox was preceded in death by her father.

Memorial services honoring Tina will be held Sunday, December 15, 2019 at 3:00 p.m. from Stocking Funeral Home, Harrison.  A time of gathering and sharing will take place on Sunday, December 15, 2019 from 2:00 p.m. until time of service.
