Texas Man Injured in Late Night Single Vehicle Crash

On 8/02/2020 at approximately 4:38 a.m. Clare County Central Dispatch received a call of a single vehicle, personal injury traffic crash near North Clare Ave and Townline Lake Road in the City of Harrison.  Responding Clare County deputies arrived on scene and found in the parking lot of the Trails End Restaurant, a white in color 2018 Dodge pick-up had crashed into the side of a Clare County Road Commission road grader that was parked in the lot for the night. Deputies found that the driver, 31-year-old Angelo Niclo of Texas has sustained serious injury as a result of the crash. The driver was extricated from the vehicle and transported to Midland Hospital for treatment by Mobile Medical Response Ambulance Service. The driver was listed in critical condition and the crash remains under investigation.
