SUSAN YVONNE PUTNAM

Susan Yvonne Putnam, age 57, passed away peacefully June 11, 2022. She was born June 21, 1964, in Uniontown, KY.

Susan was preceded in death by her husband of 38 years, Brett, who passed in January. She is survived by her children Christopher (wife Erin), Jonathan (wife Akane), and Sara; and her grandchildren Aeris and Taya. One of the “Original Three,” she is survived by sisters Gen and Theresa.

Susan embodied the love and grace of Christ. She was a devoted wife and loving mother. She fiercely protected her children and was always generous. She’d often travel hours to cook a few meals, clean, grocery shop – whatever they needed. She loved the Packers, athletic wear, and believed any problem could be solved with a bike ride or trip to the gym. Always a suspect for cheating during family game night, her pot-stirring was legendary, her sense of humor outstanding. Susan will be dearly missed.

She was preceded in death by her mother Dorothy and is survived by brothers Jason and Marcus.

Private family services will be held with interment at Plainfield Township Cemetery. A public celebration of Brett and Susan’s life will be held on their wedding anniversary, August 20th.
