RONALD JAMES DECKER, SR.

Long time-time resident of Harrison, passed away on June 23, 2020 at University of Michigan in Ann Arbor, Mi. He is the son of Charles and Phyllis Decker, and was born in Goodrich, Mi on December 31, 1956. He is survived by his wife, Ruth Decker. His children, Katherine (Nick), Ronald (Elli), Thomas, Kiley, and Cora. Siblings, Karen (Ernest) Murray, Tim Hatfield, Brenda Benchley, Bob Decker, and Chuck (Dodie) Decker. Brother by choice Chuck (Holly) Ross. He has four grandchildren, Hailey, Liam, Cambria, and Serenity. Ron also has many nieces and nephews.

He was an avid hunter, gun collector, and horse lover. Ron drove bus for the Clare County Transit for 25 years. He was loved by many and changed the lives of those around him. He proceeds his brother Scott Neff and father Charles Decker and father in law, Clinton Goodenow in death. Celebration of Life took place on July 02, 2020.
