Randall Pleads Guilty to 2 Counts CSC

Victor Lee Randall, of Harrison, plead guilty on September 28, 2020, to two counts of Criminal Sexual Conduct 3rd degree with a minor child. The Michigan State Police conducted the investigation. On October 26, 2020, Judge Mienk, at the urging of Prosecutor Ambrozaitis, sentenced the defendant at the top of his sentence guideline range to 7 years to 15 years in prison for each conviction. The sentences will run concurrently. The Defendant will receive credit for 20 days that he had already served. He was also ordered to pay $826.00 in fines and costs.
