PATRICK “PAT” MICHAEL GILLEN

Patrick “Pat” Michael Gillen 63 of Harrison passed away Monday, September 30, 2019 at MidMichigan Medical Center-Midland. Patrick was born June 19, 1956 in Ann Arbor, Michigan the son of Grover and Rachel (Boomer) Gillen.

Mr. Gillen had resided in Harrison for many years, moving from Flint, Michigan. Pat was united in marriage to Sandra Kay Newburry on November 19, 2001 in Harrison. He enjoyed mowing grass, doing handyman chores, trail riding, spoiling kids and visiting with family and friends around the bonfire.

Surviving Mr. Gillen is his wife, Mrs. Sandra Kay Gillen of Clare, Michigan, one son, Jason Aldridge and wife Andrea of Flushing, Michigan, three grandchildren; Keelie Aldridge, Makenna Aldridge and Rikayla Aldridge, plus many nieces, nephews and close friends. Pat was preceded in death by his parents and one sister, Ruthann Lyons.

Memorial services honoring Mr. Gillen will be held Saturday, October 12, 2019 from 2:00-4:00 p.m. at the Harrison Moose Lodge and Family Center, 5185 North Clare Avenue, Harrison.
