Michigan Sate Police Make Several Area Meth Arrests

HARRISON, MI. On January 8, 2021 at approximately 4:05 p.m., troopers from the Mount Pleasant Post conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle near Rodgers Avenue and Townline Lake Road in Hamilton
Township, Clare County. The driver of the vehicle, a 37-year-old Harrison man, was found to have a
suspended driver’s license and an unlawful plate on the vehicle. A subsequent search of the vehicle revealed the driver to be in possession of suspected methamphetamine. The driver was lodged at the Clare County Jail and is awaiting arraignment.

HARRISON, MI. On January 10, 2021 at approximately 8:54 p.m., troopers from the Mount Pleasant Post conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle near Beech Street and Broad Street in the city of Harrison, Clare County. The driver of the vehicle, a 23-year-old Harrison man, was found to be operating with an unlawful registration plate, no insurance, and in violation of his temporary instruction permit driving status. A subsequent search of the vehicle revealed the driver to be in possession of suspected methamphetamine.
The driver was lodged at the Clare County Jail and is awaiting arraignment.
