Lake Woman Sentenced to Prison for Drugs/Maintaining a Drug House

Elizabeth Ann McLaughlin, of Lake, Michigan, plead guilty to Controlled Substance – Delivery/Manufacture Methamphetamine, Possession of (Cocaine, Heroin, or another narcotic) 50-499 grams, and Controlled Substance Maintaining a Drug House on March 10, 2020. She was sentenced today by Judge Evans to prison to serve a sentence of 5 to 20 years on the first two counts and 16 months to 2 years for the third count, all to run concurrent with one another. She was given credit for 207 days already served. She was ordered to pay a total of $2,297.57 in court ordered fines, costs, restitution, and court appointed attorney fees.
