Harrison Man Sentenced for Malicious Destruction

Ty Dorian Waller, of Harrison, Michigan, plead guilty on April 5, 2021, in three separate files.  In the first file he plead guilty to malicious destruction of fire and police property.  In another file he also plead no contest to assault with intent to do great bodily harm less than murder and domestic violence. And, then he plead guilty to a probation violation in a third file.  He was sentenced by Judge Evans on May 17, 2021, to serve 18 months to 4 years, with credit for 456 days served; 6 months to 10 years, with credit for 456 days served; 93 days, with credit for 465 days served; and, 17 months to 10 years, with credit for 510 days served, respectively.  He was also ordered to pay a total of $6801.88 in fines and costs across all three files.
