Harrison Man Pleaded Guilty to Contraband in the Jail

Robert Anthony McAulay, of Harrison, plead guilty on July 27, 2021, to Contraband in the Jail as a habitual 2nd offender.  He was sentenced by Judge Mienk on September 13, 2021, to serve 21 months to 7 years 6 months in prison with credit for 171 days already served.  He was ordered to pay $689.00 in total fines and costs.

He also plead guilty to probation violations in two separate files and was sentenced to serve 14 months to 20 years, with credit for 508 days already served in one file and 14 months to 3 years, with credit for 625 days in the other file.

All sentences will run concurrent with one another.
