Gladwin County Sheriff Extradite and Arraign Man on CSC Charges

Gladwin County Sheriff's Press Release of Felony Extradition

The Gladwin Conty Sheriff's Office investigated a sexual assault crime which led to the arrest of Kurtis Dell. Kurtis Dell was located with the assistance of United States Marshalls Office in Dooley County, Georgia. Kurtis Dell was charged with Criminal Sexual Conduct-First Degree and Criminal Sexual Conduct-Second Degree. The Gladwin County Sheriff's Office extradited Kurtis Dell from Dooley County Georgia were he was lodged in the Gladwin County Jail. Dell was arraigned in the 80th District Court of Gladwin on his charges April 7, 2022 with a bond set for $200,000 cash surety.
