CMDHD Offers COVID-19 Vaccination Clinics

Central Michigan District Health Department encourages all individuals, ages 12 and above, to schedule a first dose COVID-19 vaccination appointment through our website at www.cmdhd.org, or stop in at one of our community pop-up COVID-19 vaccination clinics. If you need help in scheduling, please call your local health department branch office (press 6).

For the week of June 8 – 11, 2021, Central Michigan District Health Department has clinics on:

• Tuesday, June 8, 2021, from 10 a.m. – 12 noon at Maple Manor Apartments in Gladwin (ages 12 and above) – no appointment necessary
• Tuesday, June 8, 2021, from 2 p.m. – 4 p.m. at Antler Arms Apartments in Gladwin (ages 12 and above) – no appointment necessary
• Wednesday, June 9, 2021, from 9 a.m. – 3:30 p.m. at Ric’s Food Center in Mt. Pleasant (ages 12 and above) – no appointment necessary, weather permitting.
• Wednesday, June 9, 2021, from 9 a.m. – 12 noon at Billings Township Hall in Beaverton (ages 12 and above) – no appointment necessary, weather permitting.
• Wednesday, June 9, 2021, from 3 p.m. – 8 p.m. at Au Gres Sims Middle/High School in Au Gres (ages 12 and above) – no appointment necessary
• Thursday, June 10, 2021, at Hayes Township Hall in Harrison (ages 12 and above) – schedule an appointment.
• Thursday, June 10, 2021, at CMU’s Student Activity Center in Mt. Pleasant (ages 12 and above) – schedule an appointment.
• Friday, June 11, 2021, from 9 a.m. – 3 p.m. at Ventra Evart in Evart (ages 12 and above) – no appointment necessary, weather permitting.
• Friday, June 11, 2021, from 9 a.m. – 3:30 p.m. at Ric’s Food Center in Mt. Pleasant (ages 12 and above) – no appointment necessary, weather permitting.
