Clare Man Sentenced on Multiple Charges

Bradley James Orr, of Clare, Michigan, pleaded guilty on Sept. 30, 2021, to controlled substance – delivery/manufacture 50 – 449 grams and operating while intoxicated. These convictions stemmed from a June 2020 investigation arising from a motor vehicle crash by Clare County Sheriff Department and the Clare Police Department.

The defendant was sentenced to prison by Judge Roy Mienk on March 31, 2022, as follows: 78 months to 20 years with credit for 227 days already served. He was sentenced on the operate while intoxicated to 93 days in jail, with credit for 93 days served. He was ordered to pay a total of $748 in fines and costs.
