Christmas in Clare County Jail

Christmas in the Clare County Jail will be a little bit merrier this year thanks to the Clare Rotary Club, Leota Community Church, Clare Assembly of GOD, Clare United Methodist Church, and the Gideon’s.  On Dec. 15, these groups came together at the Doherty Hotel and stuffed more than 100 Christmas gift bags for those incarcerated in the jail.  Sheriff John S. Wilson, Clare County Reach the Forgotten Jail Ministry Chaplain Bill Dyke, and Regional Director Scott Hall would like to thank everyone who helped to make this event a tremendous success.
