BILLY LEE MOORE

Billy Lee Moore 91 of Harrison passed away peacefully on Wednesday, July 8, 2020 at North Woods Nursing Center, Farwell, Michigan. Billy was born May 23, 1929 in Piney, Tennessee, the son of Evans and Ella Jane (Byrd) Moore.

                Mr. Moore had resided in Harrison since 1991, moving from Hazel Park, Michigan, after his retirement from General Motors Corporation.  Billy was united in marriage to Pamela S. Budd on February 7, 2007 in Harrison. Billy was a member of the Harrison Moose Lodge and Family Center #2235 for many years. Billy enjoyed socializing, dancing and cutting firewood.

                Surviving Mr. Moore is his loving wife of thirteen years, Mrs. Pamela S. Moore of Harrison, one daughter, Patty Malec and husband Mike of Pennsylvania, two sons; Dan Moore and wife Peggy of North Carolina and Tim Moore of Harrison, several grandchildren, many great-grandchildren, plus numerous nieces and nephews. Mr. Moore was preceded in death by his parents and one brother, Leon Moore.
