ROBERT EVROUL GREEN

Robert "Bob or Harley"
Evroul Green, 49 years old, residing in Clare, MI, passed on Tuesday
May, 25 at 4:04 pm at Saginaw's Covenant Hospital after suffering
injuries due to a motorcycle accident the previous Wednesday.
Death leaves a heartache that no one can heal, but love leaves a
memory that no one can steal. Luke 23:43 says, "And Jesus said to him,
'Truly I say to you, today shall you be with me in paradise."
Born January 1st, 1961 to Sylvia Marguerite Ranger and William
Henry Green, both deceased, in Flint, MI, he is survived by all his
siblings; sisters: Suzanne Davis and family, MaryEllen Timlick and
family, and Sylvia Hynes and family, brothers: Bill Green and family,
Ralph Green and family, and Joseph Green and family. He is preceded in
death by his father in-law: Garner Dunavant. He was married on May 22,
1993 to Becky Dunavant in Chesaning, MI. He is survived by his wife,
daughter Jennifer Wilson and her husband, and son Robert Evroul Green II
Bob graduated from Montrose High class of 1979, where he then
immediately joined the United States Marine Corps. He served tours in
the Philippines and Lebanon. He was discharged after a four year cycle
and moved to Clare, MI where he began working at Robinson Industries. He
often enjoyed not only riding his motorcycle but also deer hunting,
fishing, and construction work, often helping as many others as he
could. After the birth of their son, the family joined Clare Christ
Fellowship, where they remain members. He was also a member of Keryx
Prison Ministries and Lansing Area Emmaus. Often attributed as stubborn,
hard headed, and pugnacious, Bob will be missed not only be his family,
but by neighbors and friends traversing the world over. His generous
hand and helping heart has touched many.
Matthew 11:28 says, "Come to me, all ye who are weary and heavy
laden, and I will give you rest," Listen in the distant thunder and you
shall hear him start his bike and ride off in his father's heavenly
kingdom.
Services were held at Clare Christ Fellowship on Colonville Rd in
Clare on Saturday, May 29, 2010, 11:00 A.M. Visitation was held on
Friday, May 28, 2010 from 2-8:00 P.M. at the church. Services were
provided by Pastor Gary Mann. Please call (989) 386-0680 for more

Isaiah 40:28-31 Have you not known? Have you not heard? The
everlasting God, the LORD, The Creator of the ends of the earth, Neither
faints nor is weary. His understanding is unsearchable. He gives power
to the weak, And to those who have no might, He increases strength. But
those who wait on the LORD shall renew their strength; They shall mount
up with wings like eagles, They shall run and not be weary, They shall
walk and not faint."
