Update 4-11/18

“They are moving forward with the case in every way that they can,” she said. “We are hoping and praying for his safe return. Too many days have passed without word or a sighting. Any tip, no matter how small, could help us bring him home.”

She has also put her plea on Facebook hoping to cast a wide net to find her father or any information about his whereabouts.

Mr. Rouech may be driving a Pewter 2004 half-ton Quadra steer Chevy Silverado, with no topper and margaritaville/palm tree stickers on the side windows. PLATE NUMBER DTY8196.
